    I really enjoyed reading your book. It was so beautifully written, it
    really "flowed" so easy to read. I am glad I took my time with it, some
    the of ideas you raised are quite deep, but the way you describe things makes it so easy to grasp and understand. Like the idea of me being not my mind, how we are all connected...you use current language which makes it a lot easier than reading ancient texts.

    This is a great read for a new-comer to yoga or someone who has practised for a long time. Yoga on & off the mat certainly refreshed my memory and took me back to what the core of yoga is all about. I enjoyed the life stories of Sarasvati, Mataji & others as I know some of them personally. Perfectly Perfect! It really was a great read, thanks.

    I just had to let you know that I have finished your book. it has definitely inspired me to keep up my practice of meditating. It was so easy to read, I loved the exercises at the end of each chapter, with room to take notes. In my mind, it is a winner!

    Sarasvati has written this from the heart and her deep experience of Yoga. It is very easy to read and understand for beginner and experienced yoga students alike. In fact you don't need any Yoga background to get some everyday practical tips to finding inner freedom in daily life. I highly recommend this book.
